Come join us in a celebratory and engaging evening in our new space focusing on self care, connection and exploration!
Attendance is free, however, if you would like to participate a Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga or Art Therapy class during the event, please register to attend and select an 'add on' class.
Everyone who attends our open house will also have access to our free week of full length classes (Oct 27- November 2).
